Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a return.
- Certain items, such as products marked as final sale or non-returnable, cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Orin Lens is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
